Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing and using Quick Coin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Your continued use of the platform after January 2026 constitutes acceptance of these updated rules.
Quick Coin provides a digital asset off-ramp service, allowing users to sell supported cryptocurrencies in exchange for Nigerian Naira (NGN). We facilitate secure and fast payouts to verified bank accounts provided by the user.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Quick Coin, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited by local laws from trading digital assets.
Cryptocurrency exchange rates are highly volatile. The rate displayed at the time of trade initiation is an estimate based on your personalized spread. Final rates are locked only when our system confirms receipt of your assets on the blockchain. We are not liable for network delays or congestion that affect market prices.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. We reserve the right to flag, freeze, or report suspicious transactions to regulatory authorities in accordance with our compliance protocols.
Quick Coin is not responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user, network fork issues, or user errors. Digital assets sent via unsupported networks (e.g., BSC instead of TRC20) are permanently lost and non-recoverable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for security maintenance purposes.
